For avoidance of doubt, “Device” shall means [phones, tablets, Smart Watches, Airpods or Smart Watches bundles or laptops].
By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree to the T&C, we ask that you refrain from participating in the Campaign.
This Campaign will commence on [25-07-2022] until [31-08-2022] (“Campaign Period”).
1. Any customer who purchases any iPhone 13 series, iPad Air 5th Gen and Samsung S22 series (“Device”) and sign up to the ReNew+ Program (“Program”) at any Senheng or senQ stores located in Johor during this Campaign Period is eligible to participate in this Campaign to win the Rewards.
How to participate
Step 1 : Purchase the Device through the Program
Step 2 : Upon successfully completing Step 1, the customer will receive a notification via
WhatsApp from ReNew+ (CompAsia) customer service representative before/on 1st September 2022 notifying if they have been selected to receive the Rewards.
Incomplete or non-compliance sign-ups/entries will be disqualified from the Campaign.
1.Each eligible customer is only entitled to one Reward which is two (2) complimentary tickets of Desaru Adventure Waterpark
One-Day Ticket (“Reward”).
2.Rewards are only given to the first one hundred (100) successful purchase of the Device through the Program.
3. Rewards are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
Redemption of Reward
Successful participants will be contacted by ReNew+ (CompAsia) customer service representative before/on 1st September 2022 and will be given a link via WhatsApp to redeem the Reward. The validity of the tickets and other (or additional) terms imposed by Desaru Adventure Waterpark during the Campaign Period will be notified during the redemption process.
1. CompAsia reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, modify, amend any aspects of the Program or this T&C at any time, without notice.
2. CompAsia may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate any Referrer or Referee participation in the Campaign for breach of any Terms and Conditions or take any action(s) that is inconsistent with the intent of the T&C.
General Terms and Conditions
1.CompAsia reserves the right to substitute any of the Rewards with that of similar value at any time at our absolute discretion without prior notice and all Rewards are non-transferable to another individual and are non-negotiable.
2.To the extent permitted by law, CompAsia, its agencies, its affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be liable for any damages relating to the Rewards, use or misuse of the Rewards, or claims, liabilities, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with this Campaign.
3.To the extent permitted by law, CompAsia shall not be liable for any loses or damages which
occur during the Rewards redemption/delivery process or during the usage of the Rewards. Any other additional costs (for example: travel expenses, additional charges) involved to redeem, collect or to use the Rewards shall be fully borne by the successful participants.
4.CompAsia reserves the right to postpone the date and place for Rewards redemption that has been determined to a later date in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
5.CompAsia shall not be liable for any transportation costs in connection with the redemption, delivery and/or usage of the Rewards. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or incidental expenses or charges imposed in respect of the Rewards are solely borne by the winners.
6.By participating in this Campaign, the participant give their consent to CompAsia to publish and use their names, and images submitted by the participant/winner for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the participant/winner. Participant/winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
7.CompAsia’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision will be entertained.
1.By participating in the Campaign, the participant give their consent to and authorise CompAsia to collect, store, use, process their names, masked Identification Numbers (IC) and other personal particulars [“Personal Data”] for the purpose of running the Campaign, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of the participant at CompAsia’s website for advertising and publicity purposes.
2.By participating in the Campaign, the participant agrees and authorise their banks to share and disclose their Personal Data to CompAsia for the purpose to run this Campaign including and not limited to the selection of winners (if any).
3.By participating in the Campaign, the participant also give their consent and authorise CompAsia using a third party service including but not limited to any financial institution to process the Participant's Personal Data. All such third parties are contractually obliged, not to use the Participant's Personal Data in any other than way that stated herein.
4.Under the laws of Malaysia, the rights of the Participant includes: 1. The rights to withdraw consent for the use of Personal Data at any time by contacting CompAsia at the contact details mentioned below by providing CompAsia with the Participant’s name and email address for removal of the said Personal Data; 2. The rights to obtain a copy of the Personal Data which CompAsia hold; and 3. The rights to correct inaccurate Personal Data.
5.CompAsia will take reasonable precautions to keep Participant's Personal Data secure and requires third party processors to do the same. However, the Organiser may disclose the Participant's Personal Data if required by law, search warrant, subpoena or court order.
6.Any matter to the Personal Data relating to this Campaign shall be governed by and dealt with in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any other relevant laws in Malaysia.
