ReNew+ Program is an amazing alternative for non-credit card holders to pay with low instalment plans for 24 months or 36 months. Subscribers will also be able to upgrade to a newer iPhone in the 25th or 37th month of their tenure.




What are the devices being offered?


The available device(s) are:

  • iPhone 7 (128GB)
  • iPhone 7+ (128GB)
  • iPhone SE (64GB,128GB, 256GB)
  • iPhone XR (64GB, 128GB)
  • iPhone 11 (64GB,128GB,256GB)

Who is eligible for this program?


Customers must have a Mykad, age 18 years old and above and must pass the credit check process in order to sign up for this program.




Do I own the device, under this program?


No. During the contract period, the device ownership title lies with Terra Optimus Pearl Sdn. Bhd. (TOP). Upon the full settlement of your repayments, if you choose not to upgrade nor return the old device and get a cashback from CompAsia Sdn. Bhd. (CA), you may incur an “Estimated Replacement Value”.




Can I purchase more than one iPhone with a single Mykad?


Currently, each Mykad is only eligible for one device under this program.




What if I didn’t bring my Mykad upon registration?


You will not be able to apply, you must bring your Mykad upon registration.




If my application is rejected, when can I re-apply again?


Yes, you may apply but only after 6 months of your last application.




Do I need a credit card to sign up for the program and other supporting documents?


No, you do not need a credit card to sign up for the program. All you need to bring along is your Mykad card to the store and our store staff will assist with the signup process.




Is there any program sign up fee?


Yes, there is a one-time program fee which is the same amount as the monthly fee of your device.




Do I need to make a first-month payment at the point of sign up?


Yes, you need to make a one-month advance payment upon sign up. This will cover the payment for the first month.




Where and how can I make the first payment?


The first payment must be done at the store and payment can be made via any available payment method in-store.




What if I send a representative to apply and the person brings my Mykad upon registration?


The representative will not be able to apply for you as there will be a face recognition step upon registration which requires your Mykad and you to be present.

Adakah saya layak untuk melanggani program ini?


Anda layak untuk memohon program ini sekiranya mempunyai MyKad, berumur 18 tahun ke atas dan mendapat kelulusan pemeriksaan kredit untuk mendaftar ke program ini.




Adakah saya pemilik tetap peranti ini dibawah iPhone Program?


Tidak, dalam tempoh kontrak anda, iPhone yang dilanggani akan dimiliki oleh syarikat Terra Optimus Pearl Sdn. Bhd. (TOP). Selepas anda membuat pembayaran penuh, sekiranya anda tidak mahu menaik taraf atau memulangkan peranti anda, anda boleh membuat pembayaran "Nilai Anggaran Penggantian" tambahan.




Bolehkah saya mendapatkan lebih dari satu iPhone dengan menggunakan satu MyKad?


Tidak. Setakat ini, program kami hanya membenarkan satu pemegang MyKad untuk melanggani satu peranti sahaja.

End of Contract

What happens after my contract ends?


After the contract ends, you can return the device and upgrade to a new device. Scenarios as below:




Do I have an upgrade fee if I would like to upgrade to a newer device?


No. You do not need to pay any upgrade fee upon upgrade. However, when you upgrade your device, you will be entitled to an attractive trade-in device value, discount coupon, etc.




What are the criteria for returning a device for an upgrade?


Your device must meet the following conditions to qualify for an upgrade:




What happens to my old device and its data when I upgrade?


Your old device is to be returned to any partner’s store and you are advised to back up data from the old device before returning it for an upgrade to a new device. Once the old device is returned, the residual data in the device will be wiped out.




How do I receive the coupon?


You will receive an digital coupon from CompAsia via email. The coupon will be sent out on your last repayment month of the contract.




What do I need to do if I want to keep my old device after the end of the contract?


After the end of the contract, you are eligible for an automatic upgrade. For more details, please contact CompAsia at renew.plus@compasia.com through email.
