Getting Started

What is ReNew+ Program?


ReNew+ Program is an amazing alternative for non-credit card holders to pay with low instalment plans for 24 months or 36 months. Subscribers will also be able to upgrade to a newer iPhone in the 25th or 37th month of their tenure.




What are the devices being offered?


The available device(s) are:

  • iPhone SE (64GB,128GB, 256GB)
  • iPhone XR (64GB, 128GB)
  • iPhone 11 (64GB,128GB,256GB)

Who is eligible for this program?


Customers must have a Mykad, age 18 years old and above and must pass the credit check process in order to sign up for this program.




Do I own the device, under this program?


No. During the contract period, the device ownership title lies with Terra Optimus Pearl Sdn. Bhd. (TOP). Upon the full settlement of your repayments, if you choose not to upgrade nor return the old device and get a cashback from CompAsia Sdn. Bhd. (CA), you may incur an “Estimated Replacement Value”.




Can I purchase more than one iPhone with a single Mykad?


Currently, each Mykad is only eligible for one device under this program.




What if I didn’t bring my Mykad upon registration?


You will not be able to apply, you must bring your Mykad upon registration.




If my application is rejected, when can I re-apply again?


Yes, you may apply but only after 6 months of your last application.




Do I need a credit card to sign up for the program and other supporting documents?


No, you do not need a credit card to sign up for the program. All you need to bring along is your Mykad card to the store and our store staff will assist with the signup process.




Is there any program sign up fee?


Yes, there is a one-time program fee which is the same amount as the monthly fee of your device.




Do I need to make a first-month payment at the point of sign up?


Yes, you need to make a one-month advance payment upon sign up. This will cover the payment for the first month.




Where and how can I make the first payment?


The first payment must be done at the store and payment can be made via any available payment method in-store.




What if I send a representative to apply and the person brings my Mykad upon registration?


The representative will not be able to apply for you as there will be a face recognition step upon registration which requires your Mykad and you to be present.

Apa yang akan berlaku sekiranya saya terlepas pembayaran bulanan saya?


Anda perlu melangsaikan nilai tunggakan dengan segera supaya khidmat langganan iPhone anda tidak terganggu. Kami juga akan menghantar notis peringatan pembayaran kepada anda melalui e-mel.




Adakah pembayaran pendahuluan saya akan dibayar balik?


Segala transaksi yang telah berjaya diproses tidak akan dibayar balik.




Adakah saya akan menerima bayaran balik sekiranya saya membuat pembayaran bil berlebihan?


Nilai bil anda akan ditetapkan di dalam talian portal kami supaya tiada pembayaran berlebihan atau berkurangan akan berlaku ketika proses transaksi.




Sekiranya saya membuat pembayaran berganda untuk satu bil, adakah nilai bil tersebut akan dibawa ke bil bulanan seterusnya, atau adakah saya akan mendapat bayaran balik?


Sekiranya anda membuat pembayaran berganda untuk invois yang dikeluarkan, rujukan invois tersebut akan menolak pembayaran berulang dan gerbang pembayaran akan memberhentikan proses transaksi tersebut.

What happens if I miss my monthly payment?


You will have to settle the outstanding amount as soon as possible to ensure you will have continuous uninterrupted service on your iPhone. You will be receiving payment reminders through email.




Can the amount paid for the upfront during the signup be refunded?


All successful transactions are not refundable.




For overpaid bills, can the amount be refunded to the payer?


The amount to be paid has been fixed in the portal. Therefore, there will not be any case of short or over payment will be made by the customer.




What if I made two separate payments for one bill, will the amount be carried forward or will it be refunded?


In the event the customer has made the payment for the invoice issued, automatically the invoice reference will not be accepting another payment and the payment gateway will not allow the transaction to be done.
